A Future Draft gathers everything that bears on where a leader or organisation could go in the age of AI: what is true now, what has become possible, and the most ambitious and meaningful direction the evidence can support. You revise it with us until it holds, then leave with a first move and an AI philosophy you can stand behind. Every claim is labelled, so you can see what is reported and what is reasoned. The Leadership Future Draft is for your most senior decision-makers, such as a CEO, a CFO and a board member. Four are included, each interviewed on their own, then two to three rounds of revision. Each additional decision-maker is €750, up to eight in all; above eight, the work is scoped in conversation. It states plainly what it cannot know about everyone else. It is also the first stage of the Organisation Future Draft. If you go on to hear the rest of the organisation, nothing is repeated: the listening stage builds on what leadership has already done. Every Future Draft includes research into your situation and where your field is heading, every claim labelled so you can tell fact from interpretation, a draft we've tried to break before you see it, and a prompt that lets you rebuild it in your own AI, so your revisions stay in your hands. It also produces the organisation's AI philosophy. It starts with a conversation and is invoiced. €4,500 for four decision-makers, plus €750 for each additional one, excluding VAT. Two Open Places each month, for people and organisations who can't pay full price. Any paid tier can be paid in monthly instalments on request. Scaled pricing is available on request.
