A Future Draft gathers everything that bears on where a leader or organisation could go in the age of AI: what is true now, what has become possible, and the most ambitious and meaningful direction the evidence can support. You revise it with us until it holds, then leave with a first move and an AI philosophy you can stand behind. Every claim is labelled, so you can see what is reported and what is reasoned. The Individual Future Draft is for one person at a turning point, built from your own material and judgement. How it runs · A 90-minute first session with Parker, online. You book and pay here. · Round 1: a 50-minute conversation about what came back. · Rounds 2 and 3: a virtual exchange of voice memos and notes, with the occasional call, up to about an hour in total. · A final face-to-face meeting can be included, in person where possible. Each round, Parker tells you exactly what he needs; how quickly you send it sets the pace. The first round is usually about accuracy: what he got wrong, what he could not have known, what he read as settled that is still contested. The later rounds are rarely about accuracy. Once the draft holds, what changes is the ambition. Every Future Draft includes research into your situation and where your field is heading, every claim labelled so you can tell fact from interpretation, a draft we've tried to break before you see it, and a prompt that lets you rebuild it in your own AI, so your revisions stay in your hands. It also produces your personal AI philosophy. Extra rounds or face-to-face sessions are €250 an hour, invoiced. Two Open Places each month, for people and organisations who can't pay full price. On an Open Place, you pay what you can, down to half the price. Any paid tier can be paid in monthly instalments on request. Scaled pricing is available on request. Everything in it comes from one vantage point, yours. One vantage point can produce an honest draft. It cannot tell you whether anyone else recognises it.
