Service Description

A Future Draft gathers everything that bears on where a leader or organisation could go in the age of AI: what is true now, what has become possible, and the most ambitious and meaningful direction the evidence can support. You revise it with us until it holds, then leave with a first move and an AI philosophy you can stand behind. Every claim is labelled, so you can see what is reported and what is reasoned. The Partnership is for organisations that have completed a paid Future Draft and are ready to keep it alive and act on it. It involves whoever the draft named, runs for a minimum of one year, is scoped with you, and is invoiced quarterly. Each year includes · Two revisions of the Future Draft, six months apart · A 60-minute advisory call each month on AI and human readiness · A training session each quarter, so your team can revise the Draft themselves · An implementation review each quarter: what moved, what stalled, what the Draft should now say · Questions by email between calls, answered within 2 working days · Help designing how you communicate your AI philosophy Pricing From €15,000 a year, excluding VAT, invoiced quarterly. It begins after any paid Future Draft. Larger organisations get the same list with more hours, written into their scope. Two Open Places each month, for people and organisations who can't pay full price. Any paid tier can be paid in monthly instalments on request. Scaled pricing is available on request. Ten per cent of every Partnership goes into a fund for organisations that couldn’t otherwise afford a Future Draft. When the fund covers one, an organisation chosen by open application receives a Future Draft, and we publish it here with their written approval.
