A Future Draft gathers everything that bears on where a leader or organisation could go in the age of AI: what is true now, what has become possible, and the most ambitious and meaningful direction the evidence can support. You revise it with us until it holds, then leave with a first move and an AI philosophy you can stand behind. Every claim is labelled, so you can see what is reported and what is reasoned. The Organisation Future Draft is for an organisation, or a situation inside one. It runs in two stages, four to six rounds in all. Stage one: the Leadership Future Draft. Your decision-makers are interviewed one by one, and their hopes go on record before anyone else is heard. Stage two: listening. The people the decision touches are heard independently and in confidence, through several routes so each person chooses how much to risk. What they say is held together and returned to them to correct before anyone in charge sees it. That order matters, because a draft shown upward first becomes an executive fact before the people in it can answer for it. Leadership then answers in writing, and people respond privately in a return round before leadership chooses a direction. In confidence means no group is reported on its own unless at least five people from it took part. It ends with a Future Draft your own people have corrected, a direction they recognise as theirs, every theme that came up answered with an owner and a date, and a first move already made. It also produces the organisation's AI philosophy. It starts with a conversation and is invoiced. Prices exclude VAT. Two Open Places each month, for people and organisations who can't pay full price.
